Radian Thermal Products Inc. is committed to conducting business with integrity and to sourcing materials responsibly throughout our global supply chain. We support industry efforts to promote ethical business practices, respect for human rights, and responsible environmental stewardship.

Certain minerals, including tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG), are widely used in the manufacture of electronic components and other industrial products. These minerals may originate from regions affected by armed conflict or human rights concerns. Radian recognizes the importance of responsible sourcing and is committed to working with our suppliers to help ensure that the materials incorporated into our products are obtained from responsible sources.

Although Radian does not purchase raw minerals directly from mines, smelters, or refiners, we expect our suppliers to establish appropriate due diligence processes and to support transparency throughout their supply chains. Our suppliers are expected to:

  • Source materials from responsible suppliers that are committed to ethical business practices and responsible mineral sourcing.
  • Comply with all applicable conflict minerals laws and regulations, including providing accurate and timely declarations when requested.
  • Exercise reasonable due diligence within their supply chains in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRAs).
  • Encourage the use of smelters and refiners that have been independently assessed through recognized industry programs such as the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP).
  • Flow these responsible sourcing expectations throughout their own supply chains.

Radian supports industry initiatives that improve transparency and responsible sourcing practices and will continue working collaboratively with our suppliers to strengthen supply chain due diligence and promote continuous improvement.

We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to conflict minerals and to reviewing our policies and procedures as industry standards and regulatory requirements continue to evolve.
