Radian was originally founded as a precision casting company in 1974 called Intricast. We have provided quality precision casting for short, or larger production runs for over 40 years. With facilities spanning over 8,000 square meters and 155 employees, our factory has the capability to ship over 700 Tons/year.
Radian uses a centralized wax reclamation system to distribute the wax automatically. This provides stable quality and temperature control for wax pattern production without interruptions. Molds are prepared in a large shell room with conveyor that has both temperature and humidity control. We analyze and verify the chemical composition using an optical spectrometer before tapping. The weight of castings produced ranged from 2 grams to 20 kilograms.
