A Production Workhorse
Capable of handling a 10 pallet work setup up to 175 lbs, which is 100 lbs more than the UMC500 AX5 pallet system, the MX-420 PC10 allows for the automation of significantly heavier parts. Its ergonomic design, coupled with Matsuura’s advanced unmanned automation capabilities, thus ensures up to 85% uptime. This machine seamlessly supports both manned and unmanned operations, making it adaptable to diverse production environments.
Higher Machining Standards
This advanced CNC system underscores our commitment to being a premier provider of precision machining, fabrication, and assembly services. The Matsuura MX-420 PC10 sets very high standards with 10 times greater accuracy than the HAAS UMC500 5-axis, and offers superior positional accuracy across both the 4th and 5th axes. Its enhanced tensile strength enables efficient machining of tougher materials, such as titanium and hardened steel.
