The HS1800 Series of aluminum plate fin BGA heatsinks are ideal for linear air flow environments. This Clipon Heatsink is designed for BGA chipsets and mounts with a EZ Snap™ clip that requires no special board modifications. Please select the chip size from the filters on the right.
